  • "Services" means the property management software, platform, and related services provided by Atom Care.

2. Our Services

Atom Care provides a cloud-based property management platform that enables property managers, residents, field workers, on-site staff, management committees, and contractors to collaborate and manage building operations efficiently.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services beyond our reasonable control.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or submitting enquiries
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misuse the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
  • Not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the integrity of our systems
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Atom Care platform, website, branding, and content remain the sole property of Atom Care Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary material without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our platform or content without express authorisation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atom Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of this agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in your service agreement. Atom Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately for breach of these terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and return or destroy any confidential information in your possession.

8. Data Protection

Atom Care processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
